1. Personal money management

The Personal Finance Foundations core, condensed and adapted to the pay cycle staff actually work to.

  • Budgeting to a pay cycle
  • Salary advances and their real cost
  • Emergency planning

2. Reading the organisation's numbers

What the financial statements say, in language that does not assume an accounting background.

  • Revenue, cost and margin
  • Cash vs. profit
  • Where a team's work shows up

3. Cost awareness in daily decisions

Connecting routine operational choices to their financial consequence.

  • Waste and rework
  • Procurement basics
  • Making the case for spend
